Sixty & Worcestershire Motor Club celebrates another successful event
Worcester based Sixty & Worcestershire Motor Club held a successful event at the Huntsman Inn Green Street Kempsey last weekend.
As part of the National Motorsport Week that took place across the country from 12-20 August, the Sixty & Worcestershire club event was a great introduction to motor sport.
"It was a ex cellent event," said Paul Dallimore, Club Press Officer. “There was a good turn out of people who were interested in motorsport and came to find out more about the club and its activities.”
The club had a number of member’s cars on display that are used on road rallies, stage rallies, autotests and production car trials. There was a display of photographs of club members competing on events as well as club trophies and examples of the documentation that is issued on events.
The Sixty & Worcestershire Motor Club meets every Tuesday at the Huntsman Inn from 20.30. The next major event is the Greenleaves Road Rally which takes place on 31 March / 1 April 2007.
